How to get a FREE Travel Mug?
It’s pretty simple really. In order to get yourself or a loved one (living in North Carolina) a FREE Travel Mug without any hidden fees or whatsoever, we suggest you proceed as follow :
Go to the Wake Forest Baptist Health website, on the sampling campaign page. You can do so by clicking on the “Get this free sample” button located at the bottom of this page. There, you will find the online sampling request form for you to complete with your valid info and shipping address. You will also need to agree to receive monthly emails from Wake Forest Baptist Health on health-related topics to submit your request. (You can unsubscribe at any time you want.)
That’s about it. Your freebies must arrive at your doorsteps in a week or 2.
