Lobalws StoreOpinion Annual Survey
Like any big firm, the Loblaws corporation strives to be better in terms of service quality. But to do this, they need our help. Thus, they have launched an annual StoreOpinion Survey.
In exchange for your valuable feedback, you will be entered into the draw to win
- 1 Million PC Optimum Points (the equivalent of CDN $1,000).
- Or $1,000 Cash Prize.
The Loblaws Store Opinion Contest begins at the beginning of every month, and ends at the last day. As a result, you can enter up to once a Month.
The Offered Prizes for doing the Loblaws satisfaction survey
Two winners per month on an annual basis. So that’s 24 Prizes as follow :
12 x 1 Million PC Bonus Points
12 x $1,000 Cash Prizes per year
How to participate in the Store Opinion CA Survey?
There are 2 ways you can participate at the Store Opinion CA survey.
Online Entry at StoreOpinion.ca
To participate in the No Frills StoreOpinion Canada Survey (or any other retailers under the Loblaws Umbrella) with the Online Survey, you need to have made a recent purchase at a participating store.
Please note that the date on the receipt must not be older than 7 Days. The receipt is just proof that you are a customer of the store you are giving your opinion about.

Via the phone
The second way you can participate in this draw, is by calling Loblaws Call Center directly at 1-877-234-2322. Follow the easy prompts to be entered.
The entry periods for the 2021 StoreOpinion Canada Survey
January 1 to January 31, 2021February 1 to February 28, 2021March 1 to March 31, 2021April 1 to April 30, 2021May 1 to May 31, 2021- June 1 to June 30, 2021
- July 1 to July 31, 2021
- August 1 to August 31, 2021
- September 1 to September 30, 2021
- October 1 to October 31, 2021
- November 1 to November 30, 2021
- December 1 to December 31, 2021.

As a Canadian, you must be a regular customer of at least one of the Loblaws Food Store Chain. The Loblaw banner stores have several top Canadian retailers, including :

- Open to all residents of Canada, all provinces and territories included
- Must be at least of Age of Majority according to your province/territory law
- Up to one entry per period (per month)
