It does charge when it’s out of stock. Go to the link and you will find a box where you put your email and they will let you know when more samples kits are available (which are 100% free, including shipping!)
Ordered and sadly, got an email from them letting me know all the samples were out. Seems like a trick/marketing ploy to get your email. Do not bother.
