On the bottom of the page, you will find a myNIVEA form to join the program. You just need to indicate your valid email address and hit proceed. After that, define your gender and a few minor info. Check your email inbox to confirm and create your account. Once this is done, you will be logged in and you should go to the settings part and personalize your profile to be matched with samples and NIVEA freebies. Make sure you indicate your shipping address as well so samples can be sent to you.
