Paul has announced that starting from Friday 20th March 2020, they will be implementing the following measures across all of their bakeries and stores to limit the Coronavirus spread, and help the NHS Workers do their jobs in better conditions without wasting any money:

To thank UK health professionals for their amazing hard work during these tough times, Paul Bakeries and shops across the UK will be offering free takeaway coffee and tea to all NHS workers. Please note that to benefit from this deal, you need to have your badge with you, and show up in-store to takeout your freebie.
FREE Loaf
Paul Bakeries and stores are offering people the opportunity to get one free loaf of bread on the purchase of any of their 400g and 800g bread loaves. People can get the choice to either benefit from this deal themselves or, they can choose to send it to one of their family members, friends or loved ones.
FREE Deliveries
Paul Bakeries and Stores across the UK are extending their delivery service to treat more British serving their country by staying home. Paul UK has announced that they are currently running their own service and same-day delivery is also available via UberEats. Besides, they are exploring more options to try and serve the community as best as they could.
Takeaway only
Please note that all Paul Bakeries, coffee shops, and stores all over the United Kingdom will be temporarily closing all seating areas and removing all crockery to keep the community safe. Only deliveries, drive-through, and takeouts are open at this time and until further notice.
Paul Reusable cups
Paul has also decided that in the effort of keeping British people safe and sound, they will be temporarily pausing the use of reusable cups. However they will continue to honour the 50p discount to those who bring in their own cup cleaned from home.
Contactless payments
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Paul Bakeries and stores will only accept contactless payment methods. This method has already been implemented on all Paul Bakeries and stores across the United Kingdom to keep customers and workers safe and limit the spreading of the virus.
