Complete the form with your valid shipping details and personal information. You will receive a packet of Sunflower Seeds by mail.

Who can get Free Sunflower seeds from Cheerios?
This event and freebies are reserved for Canadian residents only, all provinces included, who are at least 18 years old or above at the time of the request.
The quantities are limited, even though the event comes to an end in late August 2021.
There is a limit of 4 seed packet redemptions per participant or household.
Each Offer will be fulfilled no later than 10-12 weeks after Program conclusion

FYI: it’s not sunflower seeds. It’s a mixed bag of about 20 different pollenator-friendly wildflowers.
Not this year. I received mine and they are all sunflower seeds.
You shouldn’t get these mixed seeds as you could introduce invasive plants to your area.
